We provide the installation and maintenance of signaling system for the safe & speedy movement of trains and telecommunications systems required for the effective utilization of the large fleet of locomotives and other rolling stock and track as well as for the administration of the vast railway network.

We at Sigtel with our experienced and dexterous engineers provide the electronic interlocking systems which are microprocessor based interlocking equipment to read the yard and panel inputs; process them in a fail-safe manner as per the selection table and generate required output to avoid the two trains go on the same track.

Sigtel also provides the services of Level Crossing for the railway lines to pass the road traffic across the track. As the road traffic passes at the same level on that of the railway track, the crossing is termed as level crossings.

Sigtel has successfully installed and operated Route Relay Interlocking systems for railways. In RRI, by mere operations of knobs and route buttons, routes are set automatically and signals are cleared with absolute safety.

We also provide the services of Panel Interlocking which is similar to Route Relay Crossing. The only thing is that it is adopted in smaller wayside stations.

To monitor a specified section of track for the presence of a vehicle, we provide the installation and services of Digital Axel Counter which consists of micro-controllers and software program.

There are two types of Digital Axel Counter-

a) Single Section Digital Axel Counter- Single section axle counters are generally used to monitor a single track section i.e. there is only one entry point and one exit point for a particular track section.

 b) Multisection Digital Axel counter – Multi Section Digital Axle Counter consists of axle detectors and field units configuring up to (n-1) track sections, where n is the number of detection points. It is capable of counting axles, count comparison, finding the direction of axle movement, supervision, relay drive and transmission of counts and health of axle detectors and field units. The field units are connected to the Central Evaluator by transmission medium where transmission is in VF range.
